We are currently seeking reliable, experienced site operatives to join our team on a permanent basis, working across a range of residential housing developments / commerical developments.

Our projects are delivered for reputable clients including Hill Partnership and Marfleet & Bradshaw, among others, offering stable, long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

With a consistent programme of work throughout Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas, we are expanding our workforce to meet increasing demand.

**GROUNDWORKS FOREMAN NEEDED**

The successful candidate will:
Have 3 years proven experience working within groundworks, mainly residential, as a foreman
Be a good communicator and organiser
Be authoritative, decisive and have strong leadership skills
Clean driving licence
Hold a current and relevant CSCS Card
Hold a current SMSTS or SSSTS Certificate

The successful candidate will:
Have proven experience working within groundworks, mainly residential

Work well as part of a team as well as working on your own.
Clean driving licence
Hold a current and relevant CSCS Card
Hold relevant and current heavy plant machinery licences
